I tried to create an account and start booking a flight, then pay for it. And Voila! it was successful! Start your review of StudentUniverse. After posting my review below, I was called the same day from the company. They listened to my conversation and apologized for my experience with their customer service representative. They helped me schedule the flight I found before at the original, lower price.

Since we all did the same job, with the exceptions of personally assigned projects, we had no trouble communicating or jumping in whenever needed. StudentUniverse's customer service is AWFUL! I have been trying to contact them for the past few days about a flight cancellation due to coronavirus and no on has gotten back to me. I have DM'ed both their Facebook and Twitter accounts and have not received any response.

Reply. NEVER book with StudentUniverse!! Got VirginAus credits after the border shutdown. Three months later when I try to rebook a flight, they charge me $150 more than what’s available on Virgin website and when I asked for refund because they are not fairly charging me, they said it was voluntary cancellation by me (what?!!) not Virgin so can’t guarantee for refund. 19,941 reviews for StudentUniverse, rated 4.58 stars.
